A good source of Omega-3 fatty acid. We smoke salmon using hot and cold method. We cure our salmon using salt, sugar, spices to preserve the meat itself and its flavor and color. The amount of time it take for the meat to cure depends of the size of meat and could take several months. After the process is complete it’s time to enjoy.
We sell smoked Norwegian and wild caught Alaska salmon. We also offer smoked salmon paste.
